"DEC was a leader in inventing solutions for the world; technology related to computer architecture, network architecture, disk and controller advances, high performance computers, point-of-sales suite of products, speech recognition chip technology, and others. I was always learning and had fun presenting DEC to customers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"DEC was bought by COMPAQ which was bought by Hewlett Packard. DEC is no longer recognized as a public entity. The managers were laid off, scattered to the winds."
