"The job was uplifting, supportive, educational, and full of drive.The people were friendly to the point of being a family, working together and supporting one another no matter where the support was needed.Even the secretaries were supported by the many field engineer teams, monitoring calls during secretary meetings"

"Be prepared for the position you are applying for. Be knowledgeable about the company that you wish to work for, as well as the type of service that is provided. Be open to changes, and strive to be the best you can be. Learn as much as you can, and be diversified. Diversity carries a lot of weight in a Field Organization, as well as manufacturing, or any job for that matter."

What don't you like about working at Digital Equipment Corp.?

"It ended too soon. Being laid off in 2001 because of company restructuring, creates a sadden end"

"Stay focused on the objectives of the day. The Field Organization has the need, desire, and drive to accomplish the goals. Good leaders produce desirable conditions that anyone would excel in"
