"I've worked for Digital Dream Forge for a bit now. It has the potential to be a great company but the necessity of needing contract work from software developers makes this job stability unpredictable. The micromanagement of some parts of the job can become overwhelming to the ones that already know how to do the job, is due to a majority of people that are hired have little or no experience in QA. The company would do better if it moved to a production and developing model from contract work."
