"Don't interview If hired, soon, due to bad supervision and management employment will be terminate unfairly or lay-ed off with no chance of call back"

What don't you like about working at Digital Ally?

"Very disorganised, no written procedures for repairs process no documentations of the repair or for burn-in times incomplete calibration of test equipment easy for someone to sabotages coworkers. Management unfamiliar with assembly process. decision where based on gossip that lead blame being placedon new personal that where poorly trained due to the lack of operations procures no or poor inprocess inspections when new employees where faced with how to handle assembly or test problems they where given multiple solutions that did not fully address the problem there questions was passed from one member of management to another so that members of management could not be held responsible directions given that later where found to be wrong management would deny giving the instruction and with no written procedures employees where unable to prove there innocents result in blame being placed on lower ranking employee. Over all not a honest place to work."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Replace all production managers and supervisor and influencing personal that have 3 to 4 years who refuse changes in procedure's"
