"The people were great, I had autonomy to do my Mkt.Research projects. I loved the engineers & vice-versa. My dir. mgr. loved my work, methodologies, my presentations as well as all execs in the higher levels."

"The HR folks are somewhat inexperienced, there's really no room for advancement once in your there."

What don't you like about working at Diebold?

"They were just getting to understand the digital/cyber realm, sometimes it was difficult to communicate with the mfg. folks."

"They still have great potential with their machines-we use them every day. They need to re-evaluate MR once again."

"The interviewing process with this company has radically changed over the last few years. I have no tips at this moment."

"Theyve been moving the software creation responsibilities overseas eliminating jobs."

"Do not leave bureaucracy kill thinking and creativity in fields where these are so important!"

"Sometimes directionless"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They did a very good job, the industry causes some of the hickups and was sometimes very hard to predict. I would have suggested to maybe not be as stressed out over changes in clients decissions, but I have to admit I did not always see things at the 20000 ft level."
