"Small division, so there are close interactive between all levels of management, sales, engineers and support staff."

"It is a great division within a bigger family. There is a lot of up sell with the opportunities with Ask.com the Parent company."

What don't you like about working at Dictionary.com?

"It was only a contract position and they need to develop a sales force first and then have a product manager for new products on the web site."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They need to make the site more sticky. Making people stay on Dictionary.com by offering fresher content, games, and application."
