"If you want to get into this company, accept the salary being offered. Don't expect any growth or salary hikes in near future but your job is safe and if you need sponsorship of GC, probably this is one of the best company which has good records with INS."

What don't you like about working at Diaspark?

"No professional growth at all and Not many direct clients"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"1) Make direct clients as many as possible2) Make your marketing team competitive enough to place the consultants at right place and rate."
