"This is not the great company it once was. I at one time felt needed and respected. I really dont know where they went wrong, but hold on this company might be on its way down and closing there doors."

"Management gives the instruction and specs on a task and they will change it week to week. And when that fails guess whos in the hot seat You! There has to be a set Guide lines."

"For one there are too many bosses there or so called, which all have different specs on the job and its function. There needs to be one guide line everyone follows."
