"I worked for Diamond Mills for a short period, encompassing their busiest time, during the HITS horseshoes with which they are affiliated. The business is highly seasonal. The holding company is going through a period of contraction, which began before the COVID outbreak. As GM, I had the authority to provide guests with an outstanding experience in every way possible."
