"They promoted people to an account that was very difficult and you could not go back to your original job."

"Continue to make the workplace fun and energetic. That helps overall."

"Most of the supervisors were good and they weren't afraid to correct each others mistakes. Unfortunately, senior management could take time to be human."

"Smile, knod and know that should be your final goal, unless it's just for a little extra money."

"Intense effort with little reward. An an environment geared to employing college kids on break."

"Be nice, reward effort and fire people who want to fire people. At that wage level supervisors have to encourage good work not demand it."
