Production Team Leader

"Lots of opportunities to learn a grow at large company if you can survive. There is a dog eat dog mentality, and no one can be trusted. High turnover for the team lead position. In the past 18 months, the site has gone through at least 15 of them. You are expected to be available 24/7 by Email/phone including your days off from work at least 2-3 hours of unpaid overtime every workday. There are a lot of daily meetings with a lot of actions to do. I could go on and on... But to sum it up only take the job if you're desperate."
