"I was working aa a search marketing analyst and the search division of DGWB is Argus interactive agency which is acquired by DGWB in 2008. The interactive agency acquisition wasn't organic and the company cultures never clicked. The director of interactive division totally tries to isolate the team so tgat he can takes place in strategic decision making process and the rest of the team is never involved to get the big picture. The search marketing manager is non-american and has very different set of values. Open communication is almost impossible and takes professional critism very personal.The interactive department is all about search marketing and web development. Other digital media practices such as social media, web analtics services, social marketing, email. Etc. Areb't being practiced or proposed at all. If you are looking for personsl career growth, O wpuld recommend thinking twice before accepting an SEM position with dgwb(argus intetactive)"

"The search marketing manager is good at his job but lacks serious managerial and communication skills. He needs to take leadership and management trainings."
