"Mid/upper level Management form the parent company ruined the company. Its sad to see such capable company went out of business because of internal political fight."

"Dont be greedy, take care of your front line dev/tester/PM, they are the heart and soul of the company, not the IPO bonus. You wont have any if the company goes under water."
