What do you like about working at DFSME?

"All work required (except for meetings with the board of directors) was done between me and two other students via the internet - no physical work environment was required as long as we had a working computer / internet access."

"Expect jobs at an intern capacity; nothing serious or long-term."

What don't you like about working at DFSME?

"Personally I can't say I had a passion for the subject matter (science and math education for Delaware school districts)"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management is very friendly, however I was primarily speaking with one individual of all the board members... I would have liked to have seen the other board members more accessible and involved in the project."

"Great supervisors and the freedom to do what I believe is the right thing to do. Very supportive and trusting."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Make sure that you know what you are doing to the fullest. There is no training and they expect the highest claimed level of competence."

What don't you like about working at DFSME?

"No pay. Worked very hard just for the experience. Also was about a 20 minute drive from my apartment at school and I did not have a car at the time."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Develop bigger plans for the future of the foundation. They can easily get raise more awareness for themselves."
