Dexter Employee

"Dexter is a welcoming, exciting company to work for. The administration is open to change and welcomes employee feedback, plus the mission is meaningful. You really feel like you're part of a revolutionary movement in education when you work here. The cons are that it's very much a startup and is still going through the growing pains of a startup. They are working hard to make strides forward and implement structure, so that is commendable. Still, there is quite a bit of disorganization, which is frustrating. I believe they'll resolve this though, as they've been relatively quick to make positive changes in the past, but only when pushed repeatedly."
