"I loved the experience I acquired working there for 25 years in specialty chemical manufacturing and all the knowledge gained during that time."

"Wanted the company to knopw, that I am an extremely hard worker, with a no nonsense mentallity, that woul go above and beyond to take the company to the next level."
What don't you like about working at Dexter Chemical?
"I did not believe that Ececutive management treated there workers fairly. Especially after the company was sold for a good profit. Workers were not compensated appropriately for the years they had given to the company."

"Good Managers treat there workers fairly.By doing so , workers wuld do about any thing for thier bosses."
