"Understand that new business is the primary focus above all other sales, so have a strategy for obtaining new business. That, and with all the budget cuts you will be spending a large sum of your time before and after work just doing paperwork."

"It is in a smaller market where many businesses do not see an advantage in marketing. All they care about is their word of mouth business."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I think they need to develop a strategy that rewards sales reps for successfully selling digital solutions outside of their proprietary systems. Selling an SEO package is more beneficial to Dex and the customer than a listing on a local search engine."
