"Great coworkers and steady incoming work. Ambitious sales team and extremely knowledgeable technical staff. Owner has issues communicating expectations to his employees and will often contradict his own project managers and change job goal posts on the fly. Reluctant to issue change orders when customers make out of scope work requests, and expects his employees to make up the loss by working faster. If you're comfortable never knowing what you'll be working on any given week, this may be the place for you."
