"When I joined the company was a very desirable place to work with a great corporate "family" culture of an amazingly creative and committed team of individuals that strived to make every employee and customer successful. However, over the last year or so DSI morphed into a very stressful undesirable place to work with a toxic culture where everyone fears for their jobs and the executive team are no longer worthy of loyalty nor trust. I would NOT recommend anyone seek to do business with nor be employed by this dysfunctional company."

"I enjoyed the fact that it was a small company and wasn't corporate america, we were like a small family. The boss was pretty flexible and often invited me along on business meetings. He also pushed me to develop personally and professionally in order to utilize my skills. He gave me tons of feedback on my professional development."

"Well being a small company, we were very susceptible to the fluctuation in the economy. I had to leave due to the company losing money and a lack of compensation or delay in compensation for time worked."
