"The IT team is in either Barcelona, Spain or Manila, Philippines, while other teams are in the main office in Washington DC. Compensation is adequate and often competitive given the standard of living in each of the countries. There are opportunities to learn and expand knowledge depending on the tasks/projects given/available to you. The culture is diverse with a wide range of personalities. The office is somewhat relaxed and there are times to get free lunch/dinner every other Friday."
