"I enjoy the people I work with and the clients that I work with. I think they currently have a great vision and I am optimistic about the future of the company."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Do your research with other companies to make sure you will be happy working fee for service. Also, be prepared to wait 3 to 4 months before you have a caseload of clients that will help you feel successful."

What don't you like about working at South Bay Mental Health?

"Clinicians are fee for service. Vacation time and sick time are often less than companies that are salaried. We also have, in the past, had a high turnover rate for employees, which can be frustrating."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To eliminate highering season which is a time when numerous employees are hired. Also to improve interview and hiring procedures to make sure that those who are hired will be more committed to the position."
