What do you like about working at Intelligent Direct?
"Most of the employee's started as interns and stayed on."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"This company is heavy into using c#, and relax, the work environment isn't strict."
What don't you like about working at Intelligent Direct?
"I just don't like the area, it has a lot of gas companies around."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would say that we shouldn't have daily general meetings in the middle of the day."
What do you like about working at Noble Studios?
"The atmosphere and cooperation between employees. If I needed to know anything, there was always someone around to ask questions and receive answers."

"Be relaxed and friendly. Fitting in to the environment here is key to being successful with the company."
What don't you like about working at Noble Studios?
"They didn't take time to analyze my skill and give me appropriate tasks. I was often given too easy of tasks which were completed in less than an hour."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Don't underestimate the knowledge of your interns. They can learn an incredible amount from you but need to be challenged and pushed."

"Be a hard worker and bring all you have to the company."

"I don't like working by myself for long periods of time. I like discussing the work I'm doing with a colleague or boss."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"if people are working on a similar project, frequent group meetings where people can discuss what they've done, what they need help on, see if anyone else has ideas, keep up with what everyone is doing, and take a break from working alone for a long period of time."
