"I feel like I've nowhere to go. And no motivation to get anywhere. I work, and it's work, and that's all it is."

"Not sure.Branching out would be smart, but also would require more personnel, so it's a double-edged sword.I'd probably try to take on smaller contracts to build up local recognition. And then slowly expand."
