"Good part was that you are treated with as humans and not just workers by everyone and also Work From Home facility"

"Its a huge oranization, so finding a right opportunity is difficult at times and also the hikes arn't good"

"If the office timings are maintained properly, it would be the best place to work."

"They have certain home grown managers who are more interested in their position than doing the job."
What do you like about working at DataScan Technologies?
"I enjoyed working with many of the people there -- there was quite a bit of both cultural and intellectual diversity. Also, you could always admit a mistake without fear of retribution. It was truly a learn from your mistakes atmosphere where others were always willing to lend a hand. Ideally, you wouldn't need this, but realistically, the need is always there."
What don't you like about working at DataScan Technologies?
"The main product was designed in haste to satisfy promises made to clients. As a result it was grossly over-engineered and parts of it were being re-written constantly. Much of the thinking was very short sighted."

"I like the people I work with."

"There is no growth opportunity."
