Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I would not recommend anyone going to work for Deufol. The company is unprofitable and is run by the 24 year old son of the owner"
What don't you like about working at Deufol?
"The organization eliminated all design support forcing us to use outside contractors for basic design work. They also eliminated their print operation which was one of the major reason why I left my previous position to join them. The new management was / is does not support the packaging side of the business. They are entirely focused on Data Management where they have one primary customer."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Go to business school and gain some practical knowledge on how to run a profitable business. Then actually gain some practical management experience. You can't expect to move into a senior role without having ever a) run a business or b) managed people"
