Director of Estimating

"While working for Empire I found that they treat you like family and many family members are employed. This was good for the most part but likely difficult to manage. The company tried hard to improve on everything to a fault. Many procedures were written and discussed but by the time the procedure had been completed the methods had evolved. This company will succeed and may grow into a large builder someday. At this time, I believe they need to stop trying to blame people at the end of projects and ensure they have the correct managers to discover and fix the issues before it affects all. I have learned a lot from them and will use these lessons to help ensure my success in the future."
