"The company is very hostile to its workers and does not encourage creative thinking or innovation. Workers must adhere to a script for their job function and are not allowed to deviate from that one function. Micromanagement is rampant, and pay is low."

"Good luck if you are working in Desktop Services. The group has seen at least 1000% turn over in the past 5 years. It's poorly managed and does not offer room for growth."

"Again, my immediate boss was not an experienced manager. This showed in the group's lack of cohesiveness and created a chaotic environment."

"Get a new Desktop Services Manager, and I wouldn't have left."
