"I loved how my boss gave me a project to do and trusted me to get it done in a short period of time."

"No, I do not. I never interview with this company before so I can not give any advice to others considering my lack of experience with the company."
What don't you like about working at Reading Bakery Systems?
"I didn't like that they paid their employee's an hourly wage. It was not a reliable job because if they didn't have projects from customers, I would not have any work to do and I wouldn't get paid for it."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I believe that management should have two attributes which are leadership and vision. The key quality in a successful manager should be leadership--the ability to be the visionary for the people who are working under them."
