Desert Research Institute Employee

"I've worked at DRI over 4 years now. DRI is a soft money institute relying on government grants or external contracts to pay for faculties and staff. This means a tough place to keep abreast given the dwindling government fund situation. Most faculties are environmental scientists, very few engineers. People are friendly but collaboration and communication are lacking."
