"Too many people back-biting to suck up. If you can't handle drama don't work at DeRoyal. The manufacturing setting sucks. Group leaders think they have too much pull to work but yet gripe at you for not pushing enough work. Ridiculous atmosphere and stress to work under for barely over minimum wage. Hardly ever make production, they have unrealistic goals set."
