"be prepared for lack of support, unrealistic expectations and a hard time traversing the resources needed to produce a quality product. There is also an inconstancy in management support and expectations that can be frustrating at best."

"The expectations are too high with a of lack of support. There is a lack of consistency when it comes to quality control and the resources are scattered and difficult to access in the time frame given per case."
