"I really enjoyed being able to do something to give back to the people that have defended our country. Being able to help create a safe up to date health care facility for the men and women in the armed forces."

"Be honest and let them know what you are capable of. If you don't know how to do something don't be afraid to ask for assistance."

"The worst part of working for the Department of Veterans Affairs would have to be the way it takes so long to purchase materials. The good part about this though is that it gave me a lot of foresight to into planning ahead to make sure that we could complete projects on time and budget."

"To try and figure out a better way to purchase materials."

"Excellent review every year. I work hard every day that 's the reason I have a good review every year. For the past seven years I have been working at the VA, I never missed any time at work, even I have plenty of sick days. I don't abuse my sick days in case I need them some day."

"One should were a nice suite and at least show up on time. But other than that I could not comment either way"

"I think that I would have to have more experience to make a comment like this."

"I started with the Cleveland VA in 2010 to work within a team and help improve the efficiency and productivity of the unit. We've been able to progress through 2 version/ implementations/ migrations and delivered a very good product to the clients within and external to the hospitals needs. The environments at the hospital are Vista (Oracle RDB) on a HP UNIX super dome, SQL server 2012, 2008, and some residual 2005 databases on windows 2008 R2 environments."

"I suggest that management ensure that all employees are satisfied in their positions and provide them with the tools they request."
