"I'm not sure cause I don't know how to handle this situation myself cause I'm a veteran myself."

"I didn't like being sexual harassed by one of my coworkers and this individual was my boss and nothing happened to him when I said something."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I did write this individual up but nothing happened and I was told that I was the problem so I left the VA."
