"The advertised hourly pay rate is appealing; however, the workloads are not evenly distributed. Some employees work overtime while others barely log 8 hours in the course of a week. Little to no commitment from management regarding work assignments or work hours. Work assignments are often duplicated. Management is very unprofessional and apathetic."
