"Ethical company that has good earning potential. Good coworkers. Decent salary for the amount of effort."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Understand that it is a sales job and for most, even in management, that is all it will ever be. There is some earning potential if you are good at what you do, but being average will not do. While the company is successful over all, we are currently stuck with old school retail models to boost sales that have been lost on our own products, that re higher quality and offer better profit margins."

What don't you like about working at Denver Mattress Co.?

"The company is currently stagnant. We are doing the same thing over and over make only slight and meaningless adjustment and expecting huge results. We have invested millions into new facilities that are going unused because we refuse to market ourselves in an effective manor and our quality control is lacking."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would implement a more aggressive and progressive product design. Stream line manufacturing and boost marketing efforts to match our competition. I would also update our companies expectations of earning for both the company and individual employees to reflect current economic conditions."
