1.3The managers in the sales department will say one thing to your face but never live up to their word. Team leaders were very unorganized and argumentative. They nitpick and look for any excuse or reason to fire new employees. They fired this girl during her training because they said it looked like she was "falling asleep" during training, but it turns out she had a mini seizure. They fired me because my desk was too "messy"... meanwhile I racked up $11,000 in sales for the 2 weeks I was actually calling potential customers!!! They have a high turnover rate because management doesn't take the time to help out new hires. Office is full of snitches and tattletales, as well!!
3.5I've worked for DenstplySirona Inc for about 10 years. I started with Schick Technologies then it was acquired by Sirona Dental then finally by Densplysirona. The company has undergone multiple changes in its culture. My supervisor is a great leader. The COVID-19 pandemic has exposed many interesting new aspects of the company's culture and its vision. It is during these times when we appreciate the true nature of a company's culture.
