"Major setback was, the bank never had new projects in their hands. Generally Banks comes out with noval ideas to grab customers. Public relation was another setback as far as Dena Bank was concerned."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Cutomers attention should be a priority. Non Profit Assets (NPA) has to be reduced, like can go for one time settlement system"
