Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be leary as they are not their for your support, but simply to sell dresses. The have no care or consideration for the brides either. It is just sell sell sell, not this is the happiest dayl of your life, let's find the perfect dress for you."
What don't you like about working at Brides by Demetrios?
"I loved working with the brides, and I loved the sales aspect, but the management was terrible, and clearly cared nothing for their employees."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They need to start over fresh with a new staff. I doubt that would happen since it is a family owned company, but they have no sales experience. I have been in marketing now for three years and could never understand some of their tactics to promoting that store. It was really quite pathetic."
