"I worked here for 2 years. It is a very small firm, and the Owner and Project Manager (PM) think they can treat you however they feel and there is, unfortunately, not much you (the employee) can do about it. They will claim they are the "victims" as a way to justify their repeatedly bad behavior. It's almost comical the severe lack of self-awareness and emotional immaturity they exhibit. While this is a great social experiment and an entertaining train wreck to watch most days, it creates an extremely toxic and frustrating work environment. There are perks like free lunches and snacks. Paid holidays and vacation. The Owner pays well for entry level. The clients and projects can be fun. But you can find all these things and more at pretty much any other firm in Dallas without all the drama, frustration and emotional abuse."
