"DeMartino Construction is a great company to work for. They are a smaller company that is run like a large corporate company. The owners are a husband and wife team, he is from the Construction industry, she has a corporate background in advertising. And together they make a great team. The company makes their employees feel like family. The kind of people that will actually call you to wish you a Merry Christmas. They have a great client base, full of well established companies. Really allowing you the freedom to show what you are capable of. The cons of the company: - The PMs seem to be motivated more by cutting cost at times rather than doing the best job. Or ensuring that we address a concern for an issue that may present itself in the future - Lack of communication between the supers and the higher ups. The PMs are often spread thin, causing them to make mistakes. Which is not often owned by them, and is instead thrown on the supers without them even knowing or being able to say their piece."
