"I personally had a not so great experience but those were from factors not completely at the fault of the company. Demand is a big company with good opportunities and a culture that fosters employee appreciation with free lunch on Fridays, happy hours, a fully stocked kitchen, continued learning opportunities, birthday and anniversary acknowledgements, et al. If anything I would say Demand Media is a decent place to work -- not fantastic, not horrible."

"Honestly, look else where. The place is a straight food grinder. ESPECIALLY if you're outside of Santa Monica."

"Pretty much all of the management. Quite possibly the worst I have ever seen."

"Learn that your employees are more important then what people think or say about you."
