Experiencing with working full-time employment, I had to communicate with my team so that our final code would run efficiently. "The company morale is down the tubes. No one is working towards a team effort. Management plays blame games and has no accountability in anything."

"Fix the books. Learn how to effectively train managers. Create a procedures rather than ten different ways to do one thing."
