"I worked for Delta from 2016 to 2019 in their Fremont office. Delta is a global leader in power solutions, representing its authentic DNA. I was not involved in the power team and was managed directly from Taiwan. Communication style and culture are very different from American companies, being very hierarchical and tactically centric. I would only recommend this company for power design engineers. I would recommend frequent trips to HQ and to learn Mandarin."

What I have done is to test the products before they are sold to the customers, while conducting the test, I learned a lot on how the circuits work in real life.
