"During my time at Deloitte, I have had the opportunity to work with incredibly smart people across various groups and industries. I highly recommend Deloitte to anyone looking for a tax career in public accounting."
"I worked as an executive coordinator in the ESC at Deloitte for two years. There are about 150 others in the department. The management is shady and needs a lot of improvement; the working model is fair. The compensation is a bit below average and there is little room to earn raises and even smaller room for career growth since the department is internally-facing. Expect for management to play favorites, make promises unkept, and be generally unorganized as a whole. The company itself is wonderful and cares about your success and health. I recommend working for the firm, but I DO NOT endorse or recommend working in the executive service center."
"Solid overall company with multiple opportunities to grow. Can sometimes be bureacratic."
"Great firm to work for. Firm does a lot for their employees."
"This is an all round good company that has change my career."
"I've been with Deloitte for more than 5 years now and the biggest plus of this company is the people."
"I've worked for Deloitte for nearly a year and I've found there to be a limited amount of support for someone brand new into the industry."
"I have worked as a Deloitte for two years. The Company itself has so many great resources to help further one's experience within the accounting field."
"I've worked at Deloitte for the last two years and it has been a whirlwind. I love the variety which is available at the company and through its consulting services but at some point the level of action becomes heavy (travel, hours, etc.). The company is amazing and makes sure you are comfortable during your time there."
"Deloitte is a tremendous firm that takes care of its employees and provides the support and training necessary to help people jumpstart their careers. One slight area of warning for would-be consultants is that the work DC does is skewing more and more towards long-term, large scale implementations of ERPs, planning suites, etc. These large projects are certainly worthy work to do, but they definitely have less of the free-form strategic excitement that used to be associated with management consulting."
