"Dell is a good company to work for with a lot of good people and excellent technology. It, however, is also a large bureaucratic old company with a lot of debt in the midst of a giant merger. Dell is downsizing in the midst of a growing economy. There is a lot of churn and politics and fear associated with change and improvement. This makes automation enhancements difficult to deploy as they are seen as a means to downsize rather than a means to enhance our delivery to market."
