What do you like about working at Delkin Devices?

"Lots of variety. I was a sales assistant, customer service rep, and a sales associate. I enjoyed working at the conventions and the very personal up close relationghip that the CEO had with his employees. Martin Wood is a very savvy business man and kept his employees in mind during his business decisions. We were given many opportunities for feedback and input, and we saw it materialize."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Bring your game face! Martin Woods gets into the trenches and he expects his employees to do the same. If you are not loyal this is not the place for you. Loyalty is key. It drives the culture at Delkin."
