"I worked for the Delaware Valley Floral Group for 17 years this run, 22 years total. The company is generally good to work for in Sales and Purchasing however there is favoritism by management in Operations which limits the ability to grow or progress within this department. Pay rates are generally lower than surrounding businesses and working conditions can be somewhat intimidating (most work is in 36-degree coolers)."
