"I enjoyed the freedom to give ideas and concepts for new software. I also love interacting with the people and living in Sweden."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be honest, and be prepared to work on some pretty advanced technologies. Even though it is the dairy industry, the technology is very advance with robots, imaging, and VSDs."
What don't you like about working at DeLaval?
"Really not much to not like."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"As senior managment is located in Sweden, they can sometimes be disconnected with the needs of the US Market which differ considerably from the European Market."
