"Be honest, and be prepared to work on some pretty advanced technologies. Even though it is the dairy industry, the technology is very advance with robots, imaging, and VSDs."
What don't you like about working at DeLaval?
"Really not much to not like."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"As senior managment is located in Sweden, they can sometimes be disconnected with the needs of the US Market which differ considerably from the European Market."
