"The company requires you to clean the office and bathrooms including after you have already earned your degree. The pay and benefits aren't competitive other than they are the only software development company in the area."

"Management has no Idea about writing code, and at times will stand over your shoulder and try to code over you. Back off! Let us do our job, you can't do half the stuff we do. We know web development better than you ever will. Stick to networking."
